MZ6T type PTC motor protection thermistor is in accordance with the international standards DIN-44081 and DIN-44082 

based on professional production for the motor and other parts of the overtemperature protection, 

the PTC thermistor placed in the motor three-phase winding coil, when the temperature reaches the insulation grade temperature, 

the PTC resistance value increases. The high resistance state signal is transmitted to the control protector, 

and the protector disconnects the motor line according to the signal to protect the motor. 

AMPRON produces a range of beaded high insulation products designed according to DIN standards to serialize temperature protection.

Especially when the motor is out of phase, it can react quickly to protect the motor.

As shown in FIG. 1, under normal ambient temperature, PTC thermistor resistance Rp is less than Rs, and the output voltage is low. 

When the ambient temperature exceeds the set temperature, PTC thermistor resistance Rp rapidly rises beyond Rs, 

thus causing V to increase to a high enough voltage to operate (FIG. 2).
