The ceramic chip of this product adopts HTCC technology, the product performance is stable, the consistency is good, and the service life is long.
The ceramic chip adopts three-chamber structure to ensure that the signal of each reaction chamber does not affect each other,
and the output accuracy of the product is improved. The ceramic chip is designed with a buffer cavity to ensure that the intake hole will not be blocked,
which leads to changes in the output oxygen concentration and improves the output accuracy of the product.
The ceramic chip adopts the TSP anti-thermal shock protection layer, which reduces the risk of cracking under the impact of condensed water,
and improves the anti-silicon poisoning ability of the product.
The product is sealed by powder ring, ceramic and base. After high temperature heat treatment, the sealing property is good,
which prevents the interference of tail gas leakage to the current signal of the reference chamber and improves the measurement accuracy of the product.
