This is a piezoresistive silicon based small pressure sensor, its output is the analog output of conditioned I2C;
In the working temperature range, it collects pressure and temperature value at the same time,
through the temperature and pressure correction value stored in the chip, to correct the pressure temperature, to overcome the shortage of pressure change with temperature;
This correction is in the whole temperature zone, not only the sensitivity, but also the linear zero is corrected; This chip provides a 3.3V power supply.
